The Wheel Shop proudly offers free ground shipping across Canada!
Please note the following restrictions:
- Orders under $350.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $19.95.
- Remote Areas: Shipments to NT, NU, YT or rural locations with limited courier access may be subject to additional shipping charges.
- Oversized Items: Certain larger products, such as oversized or LT pickup truck tires, may also incur extra shipping fees.
Oversize or Remote Shipping Costs
If your order requires additional shipping charges, The Wheel Shop will contact you by email for your confirmation regarding the extra freight cost. You can either approve the additional charge or opt for a full refund before the order proceeds.
Shipping and Delivery Times
In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery times may take an additional 1 to 10 business days after the shipment date, depending on your location and courier availability.
USA / International Shipping
Please note we do not ship outside Canada at the moment, mainly due to the variable and often unpredictable duties, as well as the added complications that can arise when clearing customs.

Returns & Exchanges
Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order. You can choose one of the following options :
- Store credit
- A different product
- A refund to your original payment method
Shipping Costs
Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges incurred to send the order to you, even if it was advertised as "free shipping." These costs will be deducted from your refund.
Additionally, all return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products during return shipment.
Inspection Process
Once we receive your return, our team will thoroughly inspect the item. Within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive an email confirmation detailing whether your return has been approved.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Please keep in mind the following exceptions:
- Returned items must be unused and show no visible signs of wear.
- Tires and wheels must never have been mounted or installed.

Purchased a set of made-in-Canada Fast HD Summit wheels for my 2021 RAV4 Prime. They were a steal at their sale price. Not only were they 1/2 the price of the alternative wheels I was looking at, but The Wheel Shop also had them listed as a confirmed fit for my vehicle (which is a big deal for the RAV4 Prime PHEV).
And top-tier customer support to!. After placing the order I started second-guessing the fit and reached out to THS on a Friday evening and got a reply back the same day, well past normal business hours to sort me out and reassure me the original order was the way to go. I totally would have been okay with a reply the following Monday but instead I got the "white glove service"from JP, the owner. I should also add that JP could have made more money by letting me change the order to wheels that were more expensive (and not as good a fit) and I would never have known.
Wheels came quickly to BC from ON. I also bought tire sensors, hub rings, and black lug nuts. Sensors arrived pre-programmed and ready to install - no muss, no fuss! :)
My local tire shop even complimented me on the choice of wheels, and those guys see different wheels all day long, every day of the week!
