Canada Shipping Policy

The Wheel Shop proudly offers free ground shipping across Canada!

Please note the following restrictions:

  • Orders under $350.00 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $19.95.
  • Remote Areas: Shipments to NT, NU, YT or rural locations with limited courier access may be subject to additional shipping charges.
  • Oversized Items: Certain larger products, such as oversized or LT pickup truck tires, may also incur extra shipping fees.

Oversize or Remote Shipping Costs

If your order requires additional shipping charges, The Wheel Shop will contact you by email for your confirmation regarding the extra freight cost. You can either approve the additional charge or opt for a full refund before the order proceeds.

Shipping and Delivery Times

In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Delivery times may take an additional 1 to 10 business days after the shipment date, depending on your location and courier availability.

USA / International Shipping

Please note we do not ship outside Canada at the moment, mainly due to the variable and often unpredictable duties, as well as the added complications that can arise when clearing customs.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order. You can choose one of the following options :

  • Store credit
  • A different product
  • A refund to your original payment method

Shipping Costs

Refunds do not include the original shipping and handling charges incurred to send the order to you, even if it was advertised as "free shipping." These costs will be deducted from your refund.

Additionally, all return shipping costs must be prepaid and insured by you. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to products during return shipment.

Inspection Process

Once we receive your return, our team will thoroughly inspect the item. Within a reasonable timeframe, you will receive an email confirmation detailing whether your return has been approved.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

Please keep in mind the following exceptions:

  • Returned items must be unused and show no visible signs of wear.
  • Tires and wheels must never have been mounted or installed.
