FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Do you mount the tires on the wheels if they are bought together?

By default, all wheels are shipped in their original factory boxes. This provides the best protection during transport, as carriers handle more lighter individual packages.

Some manufacturers do offer optional mounting and balancing, but only when pairing their own wheels and tires together. Both items also need to be in stock in the same warehouse for the service to be available.

Why the Wheel Finder says it DOES NOT fit my vehicle?

The Wheel Finder app uses predefined specifications for each vehicle. It serves as a helpful guide, but it is not always fully accurate.

It recommends wheels and tires based on general specification ranges; however, it does not account for important factors such as X-Factor (brake clearance) or load rating, which are especially critical on EVs.

If certain specifications are missing from a wheel’s data, the system may display it as incompatible.

The vehicle information you enter is visible on our end, and we manually verify the fitment to ensure accuracy before processing any order.

My TPMS are not working. How can I get them to function properly?

While we have pre-programmed these sensors for your vehicle, your installer will still need to perform a relearn procedure to sync them with your vehicle.

This step is necessary for proper functionality and may vary depending on your vehicle's make and model. The relearn will initiate the communication between the vehicle and sensors and it will register their position.

Relearns can be completed using a basic relearn tool and, in some cases, even without any tool at all.

All sensors can be reprogrammed to fit another vehicle, or if the relearn process does not work.

Here are the compatible programmers for a complete reprogrammation :

  • MAX Sensor MX41
  • EZ-Capteur Pad
  • ATEQ VT46
  • Bartec 300ProC
  • EZ-programmer
  • Schrader 21230

My order was partially delivered, where are the remaining items?

The goal is always to ship from the nearest warehouse that has stock available.

However, when inventory is low, we may need to split an order across multiple warehouses to avoid delays.

There are also situations where all four wheels or tires leave the warehouse together, but the carrier may accidentally separate the packages during transit. Although it’s not intentional, it can happen, and unfortunately it’s outside of our control.

Carriers handle thousands of packages each day, and occasionally a wheel or tire may miss a transfer and remain in a depot for a few extra days.

Orders containing multiple packages usually have a main tracking number that links to a list of individual tracking numbers.

This allows you to track each wheel or tire separately and see that it is still in transit.

Where is my install hardware (lug nuts, bolts, hub rings or TPMS)?

Warehouses often place a small box inside one of the wheel boxes (under the wheel) with an orange sticker that says “Hardware inside.”

If the tires arrived with strapped cardboard, the hardware may also be inside one of those packages.

Since TPMS sensors are shipped pre-programmed, we usually send them separately from our QC office.

In some cases, certain hardware may also be shipped from different warehouses depending on available stock.
